July 11, 2009: Pres. Obama gives a clear message to Africans on Governance.
The message in Ghana from U.S. President Barack Obama to Africans was clear -
"We must start from the simple premise that Africa's future is up to Africans." President Obama also asserted that "taking control of your destiny, and making change from the bottom up is your responsibility."
The Time has come
The time for action is now. For over 45 years, Kenyans have been taken for a ride, robbed, maimed, and basically left clothless and left out to dry.
The Diaspora Movement of Kenya is committed to improving the lives of our brethren in Kenya. Every citizen or dual citizen has a right to the fruits of our forefathers and the benefit of the freedom fighters who died so that we, and our protégé can live in a better Kenya.
Through outreach and advocacy, we can make a difference! We meet regularly, discuss legislative matters and support candidates that support a vision of hope for Kenya. Now you have a unified voice through DMK. Join DMK on Facebook and also make sure you are signed up for email updates by filling out your data below. As a Kenyan in the Diaspora or in Kenya, you now have a loud voice and it must be heard.
The Kenya Revolution is ON !
Through DMK, the base of Kenyans who want change NOW is growing daily. As citizens in the Diaspora, and in Kenya, we now have found a voice and renewed sense of hope. You too can make a difference.
